Warranty

We stand behind the parts we sell. Here's what's covered, what isn't, and how to file a claim if something's wrong.

What's covered

We warrant that the products we sell are free from defects in materials and workmanship when they arrive. If a line set, cover, or bracket reaches you defective — a manufacturing flaw, a leaking factory flare, missing or faulty fittings — we'll replace it or refund it.

Where a manufacturer provides its own warranty (for example on a brand's pre-charged line set or bracket kit), that manufacturer warranty passes through to you, and we'll help you make the connection.

Report defects promptly

Inspect your order when it arrives and report any defect or shipping damage within 30 days of delivery (or within the manufacturer's stated warranty period, whichever applies). Catching it early makes the claim simple.

What's not covered

  • Improper installation — including over- or under-torqued flares, skipped vacuum, or connections not made to the manufacturer's spec.
  • Physical damage after delivery — kinked tubing, crushed covers, bent brackets, or weather and impact damage.
  • Misuse or the wrong part for the job — for example using an undersized bracket or a line set that doesn't match your system.
  • Normal wear over the life of the product.

Because a line set's performance depends so heavily on a correct install, we strongly recommend confirming sizing with our calculator and following your unit's installation manual and our install guide.

How to file a claim

Reach out through the contact page with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the defect and the product label where possible. We'll review it quickly and arrange a replacement, refund, or manufacturer claim as appropriate.

This warranty gives you specific rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state. Questions? Contact us.
