Shipping policy

How and when your order ships. We keep it simple: clear processing times, tracked delivery, and US-based fulfillment.

Where we ship

We ship across the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, contact us before ordering for a shipping quote. We don't currently ship internationally.

Processing time

In-stock orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During launch and restock periods, some items are sold as pre-orders — the product page will say so, along with the expected ship date.

Delivery estimates

Most orders ship by ground and arrive in 2–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, and remote addresses can add time.

Shipping cost

Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on the items and your delivery address. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be noted in your cart.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then reach out.

Problems with a delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or never shows up after the carrier marks it delivered, contact us right away with your order number and photos where relevant, and we'll make it right. See also our returns policy and warranty.
