If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's our return window, what qualifies, and how to start.

Our 30-day return window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they're unused and in original, unopened packaging. Items must be in resalable condition — uncut, uninstalled, and complete with any included hardware and fittings.

What can't be returned

  • Cut-to-length or custom line sets — once a line set is cut to a custom length, it can't be restocked.
  • Installed items — anything that's been flared, connected, or mounted.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window, or without original packaging.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items are always covered — see below.

How to start a return

Email us through the contact page with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us, so we can route it correctly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

Return shipping

For a standard return (you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), you cover the return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective or damaged, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — see our warranty page for defects.

Wrong size? Check first

Before you return a line set for sizing, our size calculator, size chart, and size-by-brand guides can confirm the right diameter and length — often faster than a return.
